Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

• Buyer: Any individual who places an order on the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

• Products: Items available for sale on the Site.

• Made to Order: Items crafted specifically upon order, not held in stock.

3. Product Information

All Products are made to order. Product descriptions, materials, dimensions, and imagery are provided on the Site. Minor variations may occur due to craftsmanship or screen colour display. Buyers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchasing.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges will be added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to update pricing or correct any obvious errors without notice.

 

5. Order Process

Orders may be placed through the Site as a guest or with an account. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. Once submitted, orders cannot be edited. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

• Within 7 days of purchase: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

• Day 8 to day 28: You may cancel and receive a 50% refund, as production has already begun.

• After 28 days: No refunds can be offered, as the product has entered final stages of production.

7. Shipping & Delivery

All Products are crafted to order. Estimated delivery is within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or other external factors.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any costs resulting from failed deliveries due to incorrect information will be the Buyer’s responsibility.

 

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos and proof of damage. Valid claims will result in a repair, replacement, or refund.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to images, copy, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Modesta De Quevedo Ltd. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Modesta De Quevedo Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or Products.

 

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
